SATISFIED OR MONEY BACK SYSTEM

Your satisfaction with the products purchased is extremely important to us, as such Dentalgreen Ltd. has chosen the “satisfied or money back” system. The customer has the right to withdraw, returning the goods and be reimbursed for the price paid, without specifying the reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must submit, not later than 10 working days of delivery (as attested by the delivery date indicated on the fiscal document) a registered letter with return receipt to the following address: Dentalgreen Srl, Via Degli Abeti n. 140 61122, Pesaro (PU).

The communication can be anticipated by fax on 0721 405249 or by email at the following address: info@dentalgreen.it, provided it will still be confirmed by registered mail with return receipt.

Once the goods are returned in their original packaging, Dentalgreen Ltd. will refund the amounts paid by the customer as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notification referred to above, retaining only the reimbursement of shipping expenses, which will be charged to the customer.
